This Space Was Stupid To Start With: That's Why It's Stupid Now...

It would appear that this space was once a bedroom but when an additional room was added sometime in the houses recent history this bedroom area became a very awkward space. It once had a nice closet and an outside patio door but it was now the alleyway to the larger add-on. To make matters worse when we expanded the bathroom we expanded into this space making it even smaller. Furthermore we could not partition it into a bedroom. Aside from being very small now there would be no outside window (egress) making it a code violation which we can not have in a rental unit.

Well... I guess we will bill it as an office or maybe a gift wrapping area since that's all it's really suited for.
